1. General These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through wavesmomentum.myshopify.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. WavesMomentum is based in the Netherlands and operates under Dutch and EU law.

2. Orders & Prices All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

3. Payment We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery We aim to deliver within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
