Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within this period via our contact page.

How to Return Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A flat rate return shipping fee of €5,95 applies and will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After this window, the order will already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled — it will need to go through the return process instead.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging, may not be eligible for a full refund.
