Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Netherlands: 2–5 business days
• Belgium & Germany: 3–7 business days
• Rest of EU: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold — check the checkout for current promotions.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
